wonderful stay!
family room helpful staff ground floor room
the family room was quite spacious. it included a coffee machine, which i found very convenient! the helpful staff booked us a ground floor room, because i took my elderly parents. this was very considerate and eased access for them.
the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

the hotel features secure building access and provided an iron upon request. there was a coffee maker and a kettle available in the room. this was great for making hot drinks.

staff demonstrated willingness to assist with queries. reception staff were cute. they were responsive. the staff catered to requests with a smile.

the hotel is close to many bars and eateries. this offers a good selection of dining options. there were also excellent places nearby for both breakfast and dinner. it was convenient to access various cuisines.

the location is perfect. it is very easy to get in and out of the city on trams. the tram stop is right outside the hotel. the hotel is a tram ride away from the centre.

leaky screen limescale issues
The room i got wasn't excellent. It needed some serious updating. the shower screen leaked, and there were limescale issues on the shower heads. i think they should focus on maintenance.

an okay stay, some issues found
friendly personnel breakfast buffet dirty window marked furniture
the staff was friendly. the breakfast buffet included many choices and tasted good. i found the location good too. it gives easy access to public transport.
i was a bit disappointed. there was marks on the furniture in my room. i also noticed the window are dirty. it affect my experience.

The hotel is approximately a 10-minute walk to the nightlife hotspots, or a cab ride that generally costs between 8-15 Euros, depending on your destination. Is there any possibility for early check-in, and how do I get to the hotel from the airport?
